Conference registration and membership dues may be paid online using PayPal. You may also pay via check.

To pay by check:

  1. Complete the Registration Fees Form and the Membership Dues Form
  2. Add to Cart
  3. Press "Checkout"
  4. Press "Pay by Check"
  5. Press "Process"
  6. Press "Print Invoice"
